Ana tells us what she loves most about working at Harmony, and reveals what makes her smile about working in a customer support role...
Where are you from?
The world! I was born in Portugal but have lived in a few different countries around the world.

Can you tell us a little bit about your role at Harmony?
As the Customer Support Manager my role is to stay on top of our tickets and calls. This means to make sure the issues get resolved, and also that we keep improving our documentation so that customers have answers to their "How do I...?" questions anytime they need.

What were you doing before you joined us?
I was working on a Support team for a Payroll Processing software.

What made you decide to work in Customer Support?
I have always enjoyed customer-facing roles as they allow me to help the customers and also have some knowledge of the technical side of systems.

What do you enjoy most about your work?
Every day is different in our Support Team. Other then being asked questions about any part of the system, it is also really interesting to see how Harmony is still growing and keeps getting better as an end-to-end system aimed at different types of companies.

Is there anything you've done at Harmony that you are extra proud of?
The greatest gem of Harmony that is normally not visible to our customers is our amazing team. My work would be much harder if I didn't have such dedicated people to count on.

If you were given an extra day each week, what would you spend it doing?
Finding out about new and interesting exhibitions throughout London.

I have two cats, and they both have passports.
