The integration is bidirectional, allowing users to sync customers and assets between the two systems and automate the raising and closing of service desk tickets in HarmonyPSA, from MAXFocus events.
As we sell more licenses to MSPs, it is increasingly important to provide them with world-class integrations. Logicnow’s MAXFocus was the obvious solution to offer first as they have the largest number of MSP customers in the industry. They were very helpful in support of this integration, which turned out to be very straightforward. The auto-close nature of the integration, when combined with incident based pre-pay billing, provides all the technology needed for fully automatic billing from an RMM-controlled event, without any manual intervention. We believe this to be an industry first.
Contained in this solution is a direct link from within the HarmonyPSA ticket to the device in MaxFocus. The user can take remote control of the device directly from within Harmony and resolve the issue. The integration environment will support multiple integrations in a single instance, allowing HarmonyPSA to auto create and close tickets from multiple external systems. These integrations are achieved through configuration, meaning that we will soon be rolling out support for other RMM vendors.
The integration interface is part of the core-pricing bundle, so this feature is offered at no extra charge to existing and new customers.
