The MSP mantra for years now has been to move away from break/fix incident-based charging models and into recurring contract billing, combining the trusted advisor role with cloud solution provision. Finally, at SITS, we are very excited to be demonstrating our first bi-directional RMM integration (with one of the largest players in the market – more on this soon!) including click-through from the Harmony ticket to resolve the issue. We wanted our first integration to be as good as anything else out there.
